LI-ION BATTERY


Best technologies for

  • ECSprint uses one of the safest most robust Li-ion chemistry available, lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) or LFP
  • The BMS ensures the battery provides peak performance at all times when in operation , delivers longer run times between charges, and maximizes the total battery life cycle.

Performance advantage 

  • Compared to Lead Acid, Li-ion battery has 1 hour fast charge capability, eliminating the need for battery swapping and increasing productivity.
  • Li-Ion provides longer runtime and sustains flat discharge voltage, meaning equipment runs faster and never gets sluggish.
  • Li-ion contains no toxic lead or acid, and does not release explosive gases when charging.
  • Lithium-ion batteries are discharged 100% versus less than 80% for lead acid. Most lead acid batteries do not recommend more than 50% depth of discharge.

  • Li-ion has a higher upfront cost, but can have a dramatic effect on the bottom line over time.
  • No maintenance needed / 3x longer cycle time / 30~50% less energy usage
